Trip.com's remote working scientific study (Research Review)

Writer: Zoran PešićZoran Pešić

What a great study. While a lot of companies are drafting their HR-WFH policies these days, Trip.com decided to go a step further and do scientific research (A/B test) on remote working.

It was a 6-month project and the analyzed data is covering many areas like employee performance, the progress of team projects, talent retention, talent attraction etc.

The research includes a lot of interesting data, for example, employees that work from home are showering less compared to those working from the office. :) Essential read recruiters.
